Maranatha Sends a Care Package to the 42nd Infantry Division |

Maranatha Ministries recently sent a care package
to the 42nd Infantry Division stationed in Iraq. The 42nd is the
division that Rev. Miller is part of. The organizer of the event, Laura
Snyder, said "I was so happy at the amount of support that was shown by
the congregation. I sent out over 60 pounds of goodies for the troops! I
never thought when I decided I wanted to send something to Rev. Miller
that it would grow to this."
What started out as a desire on Laura Snyder's part to send some items to Rev. Miller ended up being a major event in that the congregation collected enough food items along with many other items of necessity for the whole group of soldiers. And it didn't end there. The Sunday School kids wrote letters of support and sent pictures to let the troops know they are loved and prayed for. Laura wanted to thank everyone for their overwhelming support and concern for our troops.
